What forms of payment does scaredpanda.com accept?
Scaredpanda.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.
When will you be restocking the shirts that you’re out of?
Some of our shirts are really popular and we’ll restock those often. Some of our shirts aren’t so popular so we won’t restock those. If one of our shirts is out of stock and you want to know when/if it’ll be available, drop us a line at highfive@scaredpanda.com and we’ll let you know.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After your order is submitted you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you’ve reached this page, you can be assured your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.
Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?
Yes, you can. But we like to ship as soon as possible so there’s a chance your order has already been shipped. If you do want to cancel your order, send us an email right away and if it hasn’t gone out yet, we’ll refund you a full amount.
If your shirt already shipped, send it back to us and we’ll give you a full refund.
Does Scared Panda ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
All domestic orders ship exclusively with UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders outside of the US ship via USPS.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
All shipments within the continental US cost $3. Everywhere else it costs $8.
How long does it take my order to ship once it’s been placed?
We try to ship orders as soon as possible so they usually go out one or two days after the order is placed.
Does scaredpanda.com ship internationally?
Yes. If you can live there, we can ship it there.
Product and Sizing Questions
What size should I order?
Sizing is different for the different cuts of shirts. Refer to the sizing chart on each product page to determine which size is the best fit for you.
How do I wash my t-shirt?
For best results, wash your shirts in cold water with the shirt turned inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
Will my t-shirt shrink?
All of our shirts contain cotton and they are not pre-shrunk. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low for best results.
Where are Scared Panda tees manufactured?
Scared Panda uses American Apparel shirts, which are manufactured in downtown Los Angeles. Printing is done in Chicago. All t-shirts are printed using eco-friendly, soy or mineral-based inks.

Where can I find a retailer that carries Scared Panda?
Our shirts are available at the following stores in Minneapolis, Minnesota: i like you, Design Collective and b: a resale shop.
Does Scared Panda still donate 10% of the sale from a retailer?
Yes, we will make a 10% donation to our nonprofit partner no matter where the shirt was purchased from.
Can I return/exchange a shirt purchased from a retailed at scaredpanda.com?
We only accept returns, exchanges, and product-related issues for tees purchased on scaredpanda.com Please contact the retailer you purchased your shirt from for proper return instructions.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns/exchanges are easy. There are just a few simple rules:
How do I return and/or exchange my t-shirt?
If for any reason you need to return or exchange your shirt, just send us an email and ship the shirt back. We’ll refund your money or send you a new one. You can send your shirt to:

Do I have to pay to ship a shirt back to you?
Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to Scared Panda HQ. We do not offer return-shipping labels, however, for an exchange we will pay for the shipping costs to send you the new tee.
What if I was shipped the wrong shirt?
The monkeys on our shipping floor get out of control sometimes and we apologize for them. Drop us a line at highfive@scaredpanda.com and we’ll get it taken care of right away.
Can I return a shirt I bought online to a retailer?
Unfortunately, no. Tees purchased online through scaredpanda.com must be returned/exchanged directly with us. Please follow the return/exchange instructions above.
